The accessories
These are the standard bits I take with me in the pram.
  • Post run top/trousers (now it is getting cooler). We often stop the run at a park or head to one straight after, with no time for shower and change. It's amazing how quick you cool off after a run!
  • Travel potty, I have the Potette and it is without doubt the best baby/toddler gadget out there! Got for potty training and it now comes on all outings as well as our runs, never need to fret about facilities for her.
